Rapid Recycler (Weapon Upgrade)

A rapid recycler allows a blaster weapon that normally fires only in single shot mode to act in autofire mode. (This upgrade is not available for weapons that naturally have a burst radius or splash radius, or weapons that specifically prohibit it.) Switching between the two modes is a swift action.
